week4 collaboration project:AR Cyberpunk

1 Cyberpunk scene

2 Reflection on cooperative projects

This cooperation project has not been completed completely. Our original idea is to unify the characters and the scene into a real scene interactive ar scene. However, due to the unfinished scene, the last ar interaction has not been realized. In last semester’s cooperation task, from the design of characters and scenes to the production of models were completed by crystal and me. She made characters and I made scenes. Our original design styles were very similar, so the cooperation was very smooth. This semester, we invited more people to join us, and we encountered some new problems. For example, Jianyu and I completed the same scene up and down the stairs together, but our modeling styles were very different. As a result, the downstairs and upstairs looked like two scenes, so that the scene modeling could not be completed completely. Secondly, the previous pre-setting was completed by myself, so I knew exactly what I needed when modeling. But this time, the pre-setting was completed by Yufei, and he didn’t discuss all the settings in detail at the beginning. As a result, he had to modify the original design many times according to our opinions. The cooperation with crystal last semester, because we are very familiar with each other, sometimes we don’t need too much communication to know what effect and design each other wants. But this semester’s cooperation project makes me realize that early communication is very important, full communication can make us fewer detours in the production of the project. When working with unfamiliar people, you should first understand other people’s work habits, so as to better cooperate.

Although we encountered some bumps in the production process, our cooperation is very happy. When problems arise, we always solve them together. Thank my team members for supporting me all the time.
